Zachary Ziliak

Zach Ziliak started his career as a financial engineer, or “quant,” before transitioning to head trader at a proprietary trading group and eventually the founder of a law firm that focuses on that same financial industry. Zach and his colleagues help with the legal and regulatory hurdles faced by hedge funds, blockchain projects, and other fintech businesses. When not acting as an attorney, Zach has served as an expert witness on topics including quality assurance, software development, derivative pricing, algorithmic trading, and risk management.
